I hear tell these electric scissor lifts are good for the environment too. Something about not pollutin’ the air. Well, that sounds right to me. We gotta take care of this ol’ world, you know? It’s the only one we got.

The height range is important too, that’s what I heard them fellas talkin’ about. You gotta make sure you get one that goes high enough to reach what you need to reach. Makes sense, don’t it? Like, if you’re gonna paint the ceiling, you need a lift that goes all the way up to the ceiling. And if you’re just changin’ a lightbulb, well, you don’t need one that goes up to the moon.
And this here compact business, that’s important too. If you gotta work in a small space, you need a lift that’s small enough to fit. Makes sense, right? Can’t have a big ol’ machine if you ain’t got the room for it. And that narrow aisle type, that’s what they said is the one for them tight spaces. For gettin’ between things, like I said.
And another thing, they say these lifts are easy to use. Just push a button and up you go, push another button and down you come. Even an old woman like me could probably figure it out. Though, I ain’t climbin’ on one of them things! My feet are stayin’ firmly on the ground, thank you very much.
So, if you need to reach somethin’ high up, and you don’t want a lot of noise or fumes, then an electric scissor lift might just be the ticket. Just make sure you pick the right one for the job, and don’t go climbin’ on it if you’re scared of heights! That’s my advice, anyway.
I heard some folks sayin’ that diesel powered one has got more power and can go on rough ground, well, maybe that’s true. But for most jobs around here, I reckon an electric one will do just fine. And it’s a whole lot quieter and cleaner.
